After a holiday in Jamaica and other Caribbean islands for about 25 years, I recently discovered this opulent and affordable all-inclusive dream come true paradise.
I have never experienced so many “best” holiday. The Royal Plantation is so incredibly designed, maintained and managed within a short time that you know you’ve made one of the best decisions in your life. It begins with a private car from the airport to take the property.
Less than an hour and a half in which to appreciate the many wonderful scenes of landscapes in Jamaica and sides of the sea as well as several cities and, of course, countless people of color.
Hows the service?
Within a few minutes to reach the main building, surprisingly begin to experience the beginning of what is surely the best service of any hotel in the world. While sipping champagne efficiently recorded and talked about the many services that await you. All the furniture in public spaces and suites are of the highest level: the real class, beauty and quality. The panoramic ocean views and tropical gardens many breathless. The odds are good that even in its first few minutes you can see one or more of the peacocks that live and breed on the property. I spent much time during my week there watching the strange and intriguing behavior of the peacocks, and fed them when they wandered along the beach.
A boutique hotel…
This small boutique hotel with a little more than 70 exquisite suites with sea view has a large number of staff to pamper customers – to meet your every need and desire from all parts of the property. These workers are the best way I’ve seen, and I have stayed in many five star hotels around the world.
Total Relaxation…
Ah, the beach! All inclusive beach resorts have been one of my top priorities for many decades. RP beach is the best maintenance and service I have experienced. While there will always be on the beach staff (beach butlers) more than ready for drinks, rose water sprays, fresh fruit and much more. This is a beach to discover total relaxation with the ocean in the lush tropical gardens in front and behind you. A bar and grill on the beach are within walking distance. Every meal I had at the beach was wonderful, I became addicted to the coconut shrimp and grilled fresh fish. And see the following: All the furniture on the beach and at other locations outside of the word is of high quality – no plastic!
Hows the food?
Ah, the food in the RP! It’s like having access to all meals in restaurants highest in the world, especially in the French restaurant where I ate the best dishes of beef, lamb and seafood I’ve had two chocolate desserts are to die for. The food is absolutely fantastic. There is also a wide range of room service is available. But what is even more impressive is that you can do all sorts of special requests and mine were always welcomed and satisfied. Several times I asked for things and not on the menu and they were provided with joy, even if it meant the staff is one of the other restaurants.
Ah, the atmosphere of real friendship! Likely to have the opportunity to have pleasant conversations with top hotel managers and workers who perform a wide range of jobs in the property. Her most rewarding conversations with general manager food and beverage manager, executive chef, sales manager, head gardener, and a host of waiters, bartenders, beach staff and grassroots workers. There is an opening in the RP that makes you feel like you are deeply appreciated as a guest. Do you really going to be treated like a king. However, you will experience nothing snobbish or pretentious in this luxurious resort.
Here are a few more features memorable: Hot tubs are not only very well designed, but its setting overlooking the ocean, none. The piano players during dinner at the French restaurant and during the afternoon tea on the terrace, and local band from Jamaica on the beach in the food, make you feel like you are staying in one place for the super rich . The bathroom amenities are the best I’ve ever had. The bar room is equipped with a wonderful variety of hard and soft drinks. The nightly entertainment is both sensual and relaxing. All types of watersports are available, the glass bottom boat trip is a must. There is a gym. In the full-service spa that had the best massage ever. Because the hotel is small, you never have to deal with crowds or delays, I personally always number one priority for all staff. You will feel special! Especially when you get a free foot massage on the beach in a special enclosure.
